Middlebury Township Board Minutes Draft Minutes Middlebury Township Board Budget Meeting 03/09/11 06:30 PM Middlebury Township Hall 7627 W. M-21 Ovid, Michigan 48866 Minutes Supervisor Anthony Sinicropi called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Call To Order Members Present: Supervisor Anthony Sinicropi, Clerk Susan Roll Call Tomasek-Swan, Treasurer Carolyn Stevens, Trustee Erin Dutton and Trustee Paul Dutton. Guest Present: 11 guests were present. Among the guests were John Tribfelner, Lynn and Rich Givens, Tim Zwick, Shawn Dilts, Richard and Lorena Semans, Lynn Bowen, Michael Herendeen, Harvey Darling, Charlie Moore. Public Comments Opened 7:15 Closed 7:20 Budget Presentation: Supervisor Sinicropi reviewed the budget with the board and public. Numbers were revised to accommodate placing $7,000.00 in a CD savings. The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 pm moved by E.
