To request records, send a written request to the township office — by mail at 7627 W. M-21, Ovid, MI 48866 or by email to clerk@middleburytownship.com. Describe the records you want clearly enough that they can be located. The township responds within the timelines set by the Act, and standard fees (search, copying, and review) may apply.
