M-21 Ovid, Michigan 48866 Minutes Supervisor Anthony Sinicropi called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm Call To Order with a Pledge to the Flag and a prayer led by Trustee Paul Dutton. Members Present: Supervisor Anthony Sinicropi, Clerk Susan Roll Call Tomasek-Swan, Treasurer Carolyn Stevens, Trustee Erin Dutton and Trustee Paul Dutton. Guest Present: Lynn Bowne, township attorney; Michael Herendeen, Deputy Supervisor, Richard and Lorna Semans Scheduled Comments: Scheduled Comments None No Comments Public Comments Opened 7:03 Closed 7:03 Moved by Stevens, seconded by P. Dutton, to approve the agenda Motion to Approve Agenda as presented. AYE: All NO: none CARRIED AGENDA APPROVED None Unfinished Business New Business The Elm Road property was on the table for discussion. Supervisor Sinicropi explained that he was approached by Jim Civille, a realtor from Owosso, to discuss the township's intent of the recent purchase. Mr. Civille has an interested party willing to purchase the property. Michael Herendeen discussed the type of business being planned. P. Dutton questioned whether we would sell all of the acerage. The proposed building by the interested party would be approximately 5,000 sq. feet. P. Dutton made a motion to be amendable to the idea of selling the Elm Road property to Owosso Memorial Healthcare. Stevens seconded the motion. ROLL CALL VOTE AYE: P. Dutton, E.
