M-21 Ovid, Michigan 48866 Minutes Supervisor Anthony Sinicropi called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm Call To Order with a Pledge to the Flag and a prayer led by Richard Semans.. Members Present: Supervisor Anthony Sinicropi, Clerk Susan Roll Call Tomasek-Swan, Treasurer Carolyn Stevens, Trustee Erin Dutton and Trustee Paul Dutton. Guest Present: Twenty guests were present at the meeting. Among the guests were Michael and Deanna Herendeen, Richard Semans, Les Lyones, Lynn and Rich Givens, Deb and Art Price, Harvey Darling, Steve and Chris Potts, Jessica Stromer, Bob Dennison, Steve and Eric Schweikert, Mike and Diane Dowler, Craig Puckett, Arlene Pescik, and Judge Jim Clatterbaugh. Scheduled Comments: Scheduled Comments none Harvey Darling thanked Tony for all his community service from all these years. Motion to Approve Agenda AYE: All NO: none CARRIED AGENDA APPROVED Moved by E. Dutton, seconded by Tomasek-Swan to approve the minutes from October 10, 2012 regular township board meeting. Minutes Approved AYE: All NO: none CARRIED Moved by P. Dutton and seconded Sinicropi by to approve the banking report as presented. Banking Report Approved AYE: All NO: none CARRIED Moved by P. Dutton and seconded by Sinicropi to pay bills in with general fund checks numbered 3197-3222 and 4 EFT in an amount of $60,658.21 and check 1017 from the road fund in an amount of $47,709.83. Bills Payment Approved AYE: All NO: none CARRIED Tony announced about the Elm Rd property being sold to Owosso Memorial Hospital. Communications General Business Copier Machine: Tomasek Swan reviewed the findings on the copy machine options. Stevens made a motion to lease either the Toshiba or the Cannon with yearly Service agreement. E. Dutton seconded the motion. Aye: All Nay: None Carried Judge Jim Clatterbaugh was introduced by Supervisor Sinicropi to say a few words. Final Comments Matt Van Epps was introduced to speak. Opened 7:27pm Closed 7:35 pm Tony introduced the new in coming board. Michael Herendeen, Supervisor and Rich Givens as Trustee. Gary Kiger, Trustee was not present. Carolyn Stevens, Treasurer and Susan Tomasek Swan, Clerk will remain on the board. Les Loynes Fairfield township supervisor was introduced. Richard Semans was introduced. Mr. Semans stated they are excited and looking forward to working with the new boards. He wanted to thank Erin and Paul Dutton for all the years of their service.
