Board Members Present: Supervisor Jeffery Swan, Clerk Susan Tomasek Swan, Treasurer Carolyn Stevens, Trustee Greg Atwood and Trustee Gene Ruess Guests Present: Guests were present: None Public Comments: Opened at 5:04 pm Closed at 5:04 pm Motion to Approve Agenda: Treasurer Stevens made a motion to approve agenda as presented. Clerk Tomasek Swan seconded the motion. Carried on Voice Vote. Business: 1. Resolution 2022-14 2023 Calendar of Regular Township Board Meetings Middlebury Township Resolution 2022-14 2023 Township Board Meeting Dates WHEREAS, by law, townships are required to set by resolution of the board and post the regular meeting dates for the upcoming year, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following regular meeting dates for the Middlebury Township Board have been set for the year 2023 and have been approved for publishing: January 10 July 11 February 14 August- no meeting March 14 September 12 April 11 October 10 May 9 November 14 June 13 December 12 All meetings will begin at 7:00 PM. The foregoing resolution offered by J. Swan. Supported by Board Member G. Atwood. Upon roll call vote, the following voted AYES: C. Stevens, G. Ruess, S. Tomasek Swan, G. Atwood, J. Swan NAYS: None The Clerk declared the resolution adopted.
