August Bills and Payroll Jodi Media- her DL and SSN proof are ordered and on the way, once received we can happily pay the expense voucher. Greg made a motion to pay Gene $25 per hour for lawn maintenance and mowing prior to the election. Jill seconded the motion. Roll Call vote: G.Atwood- yes J.Ruess-yes J.Aldrich-no Zacharda Farms invoice for $150 will be paid through the $200 monthly expense allotted to board members. Gene approves to pay this from his monthly expense. BSA-Jill called BSA and updated address to PO Box 622. The invoice for the Assessment Program is approved. 2.) Discuss options for land purchase from Crowe to secure driveway for hall and avoid auction Greg made a motion to exchange 66 feet of East side of Middlebury Township for the depth of the existing property line for 66 feet to the West of the property line. Middlebury Township will hire Spicer Group to perform the land survey. Middlebury Township will pay for the survey, the land splits and the filing of all documents. Jill Ruess is the assigned representative of the board to authorize services of this transaction up to $5,000. Jamie will be the liaison with Crowe. Jamie second the motion. G. Atwood-yes J.Aldrich -yes G.Ruess-yes J.Ruess-yes J.Swan- Abesnt Jamie called Crowe and on speaker the board discussed the motion above and Crowe agreed to the terms of the land swap.
