M-21, Ovid, MI Tuesday, March 1t1h, 2025 at 6:45 pm Call to Order: Supervisor Herendeen called the meeting to order at 6:51 pm. Board Members Present: Supervisor Mike Herendeen, Clerk Jamie Aldrich, Treasurer Jill Ruess, Trustee Gene Ruess and Trustee Ron Powell Guests Present: Gary Keiger, Carl Chalker, Jodi Medina, Carrie Meisel, Mark Darling, Josh Haley Public Comments: Opened at 6:52 pm Closed at 6:52 pm No Comments Motion to Approve Agenda: Jill Ruess made a motion to approve agenda. Jamie Aldrich seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Ayes: All Nays None Carried Business. 1. Presentation of the FY 25-26 Budget. Supervisor Herendeen went over the budget. Jeff Swan presented that he removed ARPA funds from the budget and made some minor changes to last year’s budget going forward. Changed Roads budget to 90k. Jamie spoke about the audit and the F-65 filing with the state. Jill asked that emails be sent when these important emails are received. Jill asked that when the adjustments are made Jamie send emails to the board. Mike asked that we change the fund name on emergency services in BSA. Jill Ruess made a motion to approve the budget as presented. Ron Powell seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: J. Aldrich-Yes, M. Herendeen -Yes J. Ruess-Yes, G. Ruess-Yes, R.
